When I first began trading as Martin Harvey Furniture, the majority of work that came my way was of a built in nature. Having trained in design with hopes of developing production furniture, this was a departure from my original aspirations and not something I particularly enjoyed. Over the years I have completed many fitted cabinetry projects in order to maintain my business and gradually I have been able to evolve away from this genre of work. This experience helped me to build my skills as a maker and having acquired a good understanding of how fitted furniture is put together, I now offer my services to work on freelance design projects developing fitted interior schemes for others to make.
